How information is collected, used, shared and retained when you visit the site or request services.

Information and use
The scope form collects the requested package, name, email, optional communication details, project links, product context, technical requirements, timing and delivery constraints. Please do not submit passwords, API keys, sensitive personal data or confidential production data through the form. Billing and business details are requested separately if an engagement proceeds.
Information is used to evaluate fit, respond to and follow up once on a scope request, prepare the written scope, issue invoices, receive business payments, deliver and support services, and keep required business records. Processing supports requested pre-contract steps, service delivery, legitimate business interests and required recordkeeping.
Scope-request emails are not added to a newsletter or recurring marketing list without a separate opt-in. Personal information is not sold or leased.
Analytics and providers
Vercel Analytics and Speed Insights provide aggregated site usage and performance information without analytics cookies. Information may also be processed by providers supporting hosting, email and communications, project management, development infrastructure, professional advice and compliance.
Payoneer separately processes payment, identity, transaction, fraud-prevention and compliance information under its own privacy terms when a payment request is issued. Watski does not receive full card or bank-account credentials. Providers may process information internationally using applicable safeguards.
Client product data
If delivery requires access to personal data in a client's product, the client remains responsible for how that data is used. Watski accesses it only as needed for delivery, and the parties will complete any additional data-processing terms required before such access.
Retention and requests
Scope requests that do not become engagements are retained for up to 12 months. Client, invoice, payment and dispute records are retained while needed for service, recordkeeping and claims, and may be deleted or anonymized earlier when no longer needed.
Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or objection. These rights may be limited where records must be retained. To make a request or raise a privacy concern, email hey@tonywatski.com.
